Gwyn Gulley is a lifelong resident of Rockford and graduate of Guilford High School. She attended Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois where she earned a double Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Home Economics in 1986. She then went on to earn a law degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas, graduating in 1991. While attending law school, Gwyn had the honor of serving on Law Review.

After graduating from law school, Gwyn returned to Rockford and worked in private practice for several Rockford law firms. Her practice areas have included civil litigation, commercial litigation, workers’ compensation, real estate, probate and estate planning. She has also served as an Assistant Public Defender. She was admitted to the U.S. District Court Trial Bar in 1998. Gwyn is currently employed as an Associate with Greg Tuite & Associates. Her primary areas of practice include workers’ compensation and personal injury. Gwyn is a member of the Winnebago County and Illinois State Bar Associations. She has served as an arbitrator in numerous Mandatory Arbitration proceedings in Winnebago County.
